By default, your Everyspace dashboard is accessible via https://yoursubdomain.everyspacehq.com. If you'd like to set up a custom domain such as https://events.mycompany.com, we can set that up for you.
Step 1
Notify an Everyspace representative of the new subdomain that you'd like to use. You can contact us here using the blue chat icon on the bottom right-hand corner of this page or by emailing support@everyspacehq.com.
Step 2
Once we have confirmed the subdomain, we'll provide you a value to add to your DNS records for your domain. You will need to create 2 records:

TXT record | @ | Your Everyspace representative will provide you with the value to enter here. |
CNAME | Enter your subdomain here. Example: "Community" | Enter your Everyspace dashboard link here. Example: "piedpiper.everyspacehq.com" |
To crystallize things even further, here is a screenshot of what the DNS records look like for a client named PiedPiper, who wants to use a subdomain of "community.piedpiper.com" to redirect to their Everyspace dashboard.
