SSO:

Everyspace supports Single Sign-On (SSO). If your Everyspace instance is SSO-enabled, users can access the organization through your corporate identity provider credentials, instead of Everyspace account credentials.

The benefits of Single sign-on (SSO) is that users can securely access Everyspace and multiple applications and services using just one set of credentials, a password that gives them access to every integrated app. In addition, your IT team will have one place to view, manage, and secure all your usersโ€™ access and sync from any number of identity stores including AD, LDAP, HR systems, and other third-party identity providers.

This Okta step-by-step guide explains how to set up Single Sign-On in Everyspace with Okta as your SAML 2.0 identity Provider (IdP).

This Azure step-by-step guide explains how to set up Single Sign-On in Everyspace with Azure as your SAML 2.0 identity Provider (IdP).

Using a custom SSO solution? You can set up a custom OIDC integration by following this step-by-step guide.

Directory Sync

We also support directory sync via WorkOS which will allow users profiles to be fully populated with relevant information such as location, department, title, etc.

To access the Directory Sync settings, log in to your Everyspace account, go to the Admin Settings page, click on the Apps and integrations tab, then click view details for the Directory Sync powered by WorkOs module.

This step-by-step guide explains how to configure directory sync with Okta using WorkOs.
